Does it replace my booking software?
No. Aesthatech works alongside tools like GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro, Fresha and Booksy. Keep taking bookings where you do today, and bring your clients and services into Aesthatech to grow your business.
How do I get my clients into Aesthatech?
Add clients and services manually, or import a CSV exported from your booking tool. You need at least 5 clients and 3 services to unlock Smart Insights, Smart Actions and the Content Planner.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access with no credit card required. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep using the AI features. Your data stays in your account.
Is my clients' data safe? How is AI used?
Client names are anonymized before any data is sent to the AI, we never sell your data, and Anthropic, the AI provider, does not train its models on API inputs. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Starter includes one team member and Growth includes up to five. One plan covers the whole team, and the account owner manages billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The account owner can cancel in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
